Refunds & returns

Each item is checked, packed and shipped by me personally and while I do my best to ensure my products are high quality and well protected, infrequent errors can occur. 
Please note that colours may look different from screen to screen, but I try my best to photograph my artwork as accurately as possible. Product specs and dimensions are on the individual product listings - please read thoroughly before purchasing.


You can return items for a refund (or exchange where products are available) within 30 days of receipt. I do not cover the cost of return shipping and cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost when returning. Please keep proof of postage and ensure that all returns are well packaged to avoid any damages, ideally using the original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Damaged deliveries

If your item has arrived damaged please get in touch within 7 days and I will do my best to find a suitable solution. Please send photos of any damage that has occurred to the product and packaging - then an exchange, a refund or credit note to the value of the item originally purchased can be arranged 

Faulty items

Every care is taken to ensure products are well made, but in the event of a product being faulty, please get in touch with information and photos where relevant.
